~~~ Ras Denroy Morgan Interviewed for Power Of Reggae Radio

Denroy Morgan is a veteran reggae artist who was born in Jamaica.
He reasoned with Madden of @BriteLitePromotions at The Den.

Denroy Morgan created the Black Eagles in New York City in 1974 with Devon “Igo Levi” Foster and Llewellyn “Jah T” Breadwood.

In 1981, Morgan cut a solo album, I'll Do Anything for You, which fused reggae and rap styles; the title track proved to be a hit. Morgan has the distinction of being the first reggae artist to be signed to RCA Records (1984).

Some of Morgan's offspring would go on to form the reggae group Morgan Heritage and a hip-hop/dancehall act known as LMS (Laza, Miriam, and Shy-Poo).

Morgan is Founder & Shepherd of Abrahamic Covenant Family Ministry, Ambassador of the Ethiopian Orthodox Coptic Church of North and South America to the Rastafarian Community Internationally; a member of the Twelve Tribes of Israel; he is the ordained Bishop of the International Gospel Helpers Church; and a member of the American Clergy Leadership Conference.

~~~ Twilight at the Prospect Park Boathouse

Built in 1905, the Boathouse in Prospect Park was one of the first buildings in New York City to be declared an historic landmark.

It faces west, purposefully to catch the sunsets over the water.
It is a graceful two-story structure of terra-cotta in the Eclectic-Italian Renaissance Style.
It houses the first urban-area Audubon Center in the United States.

And of course, @AlegbaAndFriends grooved daily at the boathouse all summer. 🎸

The Black VegFest team, handed out free #vegan sandwiches & soup, tea, coffee & hot chocolate, and Dr. Bronner's hand sanitizers & hand soap, and face masks, to 200 people.
