Other Possible Fixes

(These did not work for me, but may work for others)

For HP Printers: Disable Mopier Mode

The HP printer option called Mopier Mode causes only 1 copy to be sent to the printer, then the printer uses its internal memory to print the multiple copies.  If the printer does not have enough internal memory, only one copy gets printed.

  1. Select Start, then Printers
  2. Right-click the LaserJet printer icon and select Properties
  3. Select the Device Settings tab
  4. Scroll down to the bottom
  5. Click on Mopier Mode, which is the last of the Installable Options
  6. Disable Mopier mode
  7. Click OK.

– or –

  1. Properties > Advanced > Print processor
  2. Select winprint for the print processor

– or –

  1. Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers
  2. Open “Printer Properties”
  3. Select the “Advanced” tab
  4. Unselect the “Print directly to printer” option and make sure “Printer Spooling” is enabled.
